Where This Work Comes From
My approach is shaped just as much by my clinical background as by the years I spent in the Mayan Riviera, immersed in indigenous traditions, cosmologies, and ceremonial ways of healing.
Those teachers showed me that healing doesn’t come from force or pressure.
It comes from being witnessed with reverence in your grief, your shadow, and your quiet strength.
It comes from community, compassion, and remembering who you are beneath all the survival strategies.
Bold Embrace was born from that understanding.

My training spans EMDR, IFS, somatic therapy, DBT, CBT, ACT, Gottman, EFT, yoga therapy, Tantra, psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, ministry, hospice work all woven into a grounded, relational approach.
How We Work Together
Therapy with me is not rigid or rushed.
It’s relational, intuitive, and paced by your nervous system not by pressure or expectation.

Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, when patterns need deeper access
Family Constellations, when the past still echoes through your life
Mind–body tools, so safety becomes something you feel, not just understand
